Pagequest Article Directory Submission Guidelines
This is just a small advisory on the content pagequest wishes to receive.
The rules for submitting your articles to Pagequest are simple, but please follow them carefully or your articles may not be approved. Severe abuse of submission rules will result in closure of your authors account.
Articles must be useful or informative! - Please share useful tips or expertise! Paragraphs of text about a business or a load of figures is interesting to no one! No press releases or blatant advertising will be tolerated
Make your titles descriptive and keyword rich - It is in your interest to make sure you write good titles for your articles. Search engines will find them far better if you have a good strong title.
The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself. The minimum length of articles that will be accepted is 400 words. This is to ensure that only quality articles are submitted.
By submitting your articles to Pagequest, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
By submitting your articles to Pagequest, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other Pagequest users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to Pagequest should not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
Use the resource box for linking back to your site - Articles submitted will not be approved if they contain links in the body belonging to the author. Please use the resource box to link back to your site.
Please limit resource box links to 3 or fewer - Articles containing more than 3 links or links not within the resource box will not be approved.
Please do not embed images or popup adverts in your articles as they will be declined
Please do not use hard breaks in your articles. Do not use paragraph tags as they are not necessary - To accomplish the same thing as the <p> tag, just make sure there is one vertical space between each of your paragraphs. Our software reads vertical spaces between paragraphs as an indication that the paragraph has ended and we insert behind-the-scenes the <p> tags so you don't have to.
Submitting your articles to Pagequest does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from Pagequest.co.uk or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
Please do not place web addresses or business addresses in your article title as they will be declined
